How payments and visits work

Monthly payments fund future cleaning. One included visit becomes available after each four successful payments: after payments 4, 8 and 12 for three visits per 12 payments. Appointments are arranged approximately four months apart, subject to agreement and availability. This is not monthly cleaning. An immediate clean is separately quoted and paid for; it does not replace or accelerate a funded visit.

What is covered?

Each standard room is up to 20m². At each visit choose one small carpeted hallway up to 5m² OR one suitable rug up to 2m², cleaned at the same property. Rug suitability is checked before acceptance. Stairs, landings, upholstery, heavy furniture moving and specialist stain/odour treatments are separately quoted. Routine spot treatment is included; complete stain removal is not guaranteed.

Monthly budgeting, agreed areas and scheduled care are the benefits. We do not claim a saving against room-only one-off bookings.

One-off and commercial cleaning

Domestic carpet cleaning from £70 per standard room, subject to photos, postcode, condition and access. Commercial carpet cleaning is quoted by measured area and workload. Request a quote for offices, venues, communal areas and other business premises.

Flexible cancellation
