Privacy notice

When you request a quote, we collect the information you submit (such as contact details, property postcode, job details and photos) to respond to your enquiry and arrange services.

Relevant job details may be shared with service providers or subcontractors where necessary to prepare quotes or carry out agreed work. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe under its own privacy terms.

We use this information to take steps at your request before providing services and to manage customer relationships. We retain it only as necessary for legitimate business and legal requirements.

For questions, access or erasure requests contact theheroesmaintenance@gmail.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner.

Website and payment providers

Netlify hosts this website and processes enquiry forms, including uploaded photos. Stripe processes subscriptions and payment details on its hosted checkout. Resend sends internal membership payment notifications to our business email. We do not collect card numbers through our enquiry forms.

Cookies and external services

The website does not include advertising or analytics tracking scripts. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When you follow a Stripe or WhatsApp link, that service processes information under its own privacy and cookie policies.
